1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing VALODEX at valodex.app, using the web application, or making an export, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

2. USE OF SERVICE

VALODEX is provided as a free tool for creating and sharing Valorant skin collection arsenals. You agree to use the service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use VALODEX for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or impair the service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or abuse the application.

3. WATERMARK & ATTRIBUTION

All images exported from VALODEX include a VALODEX watermark and branding that identifies the source of the generated image.

You agree NOT to:

  • Remove, alter, obscure, crop out, or modify the VALODEX watermark or branding in any exported image.
  • Redistribute exported images in a way that misrepresents or implies endorsement by Riot Games or any other entity.

Failure to comply with this section may result in a request for takedown or other remedial actions.

4. RIOT ACCOUNT IMPORT & SAVED SESSIONS

VALODEX offers an optional "Import Riot Account" feature that reads the items your account owns from Riot's own servers, entirely inside your browser. If you choose to remember an account, the access URL you paste (which contains a short-lived Riot token) is encrypted with AES-GCM and saved in your browser's local storage so you can switch back to it without signing in again.

By importing or saving an account, you agree that:

  • You will only import and save Riot accounts that you own.
  • You are solely responsible for the device and browser profile on which a session is saved. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to use the saved session while Riot's token remains valid.
  • Saved sessions are removed automatically once the Riot token expires, and you can forget any saved account at any time from the Accounts menu.
  • VALODEX never receives, stores, or transmits your Riot credentials on any server.

Do not use this feature on a shared or public device you do not control.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VALODEX name, logo, watermark, and application code are the intellectual property of the VALODEX developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the application or its branding without explicit permission.

All Valorant-related assets, including but not limited to skin images, game icons, and trademarks, are the property of Riot Games, Inc. This project is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games.

6. FREE USE & RESALE PROHIBITION

VALODEX is and will always remain a completely free tool. You are not permitted to sell, sublicense, or charge for access to this application or any of its features.

If you encounter anyone selling VALODEX or charging for access, please report it to rainiersison1@gmail.com.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VALODEX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to data loss or interruption of service.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of VALODEX after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
